The “New Direction” for Real Estate Broker-Associates

Our goal is to provide a “Virtual Brokerage” option for successful Realtors® to maximize their income and minimize their costs utilizing advanced website marketing techniques and work-at-home convenience. If you are a self-motivated and productive Broker, with a minimum 2 years experience, this may be the best way for you to prosper in our current real estate conditions .

Highlights of Business Plan

· 100% commission paid to Independent Contractor (IC).

· All leads go to listing Agent.

· All ICs are included in Broker website: www.WesternCoRealEstate.com and ICs get free personal site and email from provider (alamode.com)

· Work from home. (Brokerage “main” office is currently located at Employing Broker’s home). Or, use any commercial space/office that you choose to lease/share.

· ICs pay all their own expenses, including License transfer, business cards, signs, contract forms, advertising, brochures, etc.

· Initial start-up fee = $100.00.

· Marketing Fee = $50.00 per month.

· Referrals to outside brokers with payback to IC = $50.00. No fees for Broker co-op with IC for purchase/sell, BPO’s or in-house referrals.

Closing Fees = $350.00 for one side; $450.00 for both sides.
